To participate in the educational programme of the nation by providing quality education to the students as to  make them responsible and  useful citizens of our country and nurturing In them values of brotherhood, peace, love, honesty, justice and hard work.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
                                   To provide quality education to the young students of the area without segregation and thus create a society where all live in peace and harmony as God’s children.   




Students engage in co- curricular activities that help them to grow in body and mind. These activities include sports and games, clubs, choir,      symposiums and talks. The sports undertaken in the institution include: basketball,
volleyball, football, netball, athletics, tag- of- war, badminton, lone tennis and long jumps.

The school has a Computer lab with more than 20 computers and skilled IT    tutors, hence providing ICT lessons for the students. Also, students participate in club activities weekly. the clubs include: Journalism, IT, Environmental,
Ant- corruption (PCCB) among others.
The school has a well equipped library with sufficient books for reference. There are laboratories for science subjects i.e. Biology, Chemistry and Physics
practicals.

The school has a decent and spacious hall that accommodates more than 1000 students. Students get a chance to do outings and innings as they visit different places for a purpose of infotainment and interaction with other students, as the old wise saying goes that ' all work without play makes Jack a dull boy'.



YOUR COMPUTER LAB


  • Students are not allowed to use their removable storage devices ( flash disks, diskettes, CDs, DVDs, external hard disks, magnetic tapes ) in the lab without the technician's consult.
  •  Students should remove their shoes in the computer room.
  •  Students are not allowed to be in the computer lab without the technician’s permission.
  • Students should not run programmes that are explicit and unauthorized.
  •  The computer lab is not a jobless corner!




 STUDENT LIFE


  •   Students engage in both curricular and co– curricular activities. The school provides the students with opportunities to conduct outings i.e tours, trips and also innings for inter– school competitions in symposiums, sports and debates. 
  •  All students are treated equally and with a lot of love regardless of disability, race, religion or financial status.
  •  Students engage in club activities that develop their mutual skills and talents.
  • Seminars for the ‘ girl– child’ are conducted to educate the students on their rights and how they should cope with the challenges that face them.


YOUR MONTFORT HALL


  •  The school has a decent, spacious hall for meetings and seminars. The hall can accommodate upto 1000 people.
  •  The auditorium is efficient to facilitate both curricular and co– curricular activities. 


YOUR LABORATORY

  •  Students should not run or rush in or out of the laboratory.
  •  Students should carefully handle laboratory equipments.
  •  Breakage of any equipment must be reported immediately to the teacher concerned.
  •  All injuries should be reported immediately and medical assistance sought.
  •  All practicals must be conducted under supervision.
  •  Students should observe ALL laboratory rules while inside the laboratories.
  •  No equipment should be carried out of the laboratory without permission.
  •  All equipment should be kept clean after practicals.
  •  No repairs should be attempted by the students when damage occurs.
  •  All electrical appliances must be switched off and disconnected after practicals.
  •  No food samples should be eaten in the laboratory.


   



YOUR LIBRARY


  •  Students should observe and maintain maximum silence in the library.
  •  Students are allowed in the book stacks only when the librarian is present.
  •  No student is allowed to take any book from the library without the librarian’s consult.
  •  Stealing any reading material from the library is highly penalized and can lead to dismissal from school.
  •  Students should handle carefully the reading materials borrowed.
  •  Borrowed books and other reading materials should be returned on time.




YOUR TEACHERS


  • Students are urged to see their teachers for counseling in personal issues and help in academic issues in the office or staffroom.
  • Obedience should be exercised by all students to their teachers. Deliberate disobedience or defiance of instruction from any teacher will render the offending student liable to immediate dismissal.
  • Due respect should be shown at all times to all teachers and others in authority.
  • Deliberate refusal by  a student to tell the truth concerning the conduct of other students or themselves is an act of deliberate disobedience.


YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE












  • Students are to attend the Mass on Tuesdays and other religious services.
  •  Any student who has problems, queries and/ or depressed, is invited to seek counseling from any staff member.
  •  Students should uphold all church standards.
  •  Students should dress properly and neatly.
  •  Students should acquaint themselves to the principles of conduct that pleaseth God.




YOUR STUDENT FRIENDS

  • Fighting is looked upon as a very serious matter and such behaviour renders the student liable to dismissal from school.
  • Any act of immorality and/ or sexual harassment is prohibited and renders the student for dismissal.
  •  Students should not engage in love affairs and this is liable to dismissal.
  •  Writing of letters to the members of the opposite sex is strictly forbidden.
  •  Students ought to motivate, help and socialize positively with their colleagues.




YOUR CLASSROOM

-Students should be on time for class periods. Absence or lateness will lead to punishment.

-When the teacher is not present, the class monitor/ monitress report to the teacher any acts of misconduct.



· The classroom  and its equipment must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Do not use the chalkboards for things unrelated to class work.

· None of the school equipments shall be removed from the classroom.

· Students must take good care of      the chairs and desks assigned to them. A student will  be asked to pay or replace a chair or desk which he/she damages, destroys or loses.

· Every student is responsible for taking care of windows, doors, blackboards, ceiling boards, switches and other equipments in his/ her respective class.

· Speak in English always regardless of the teacher’s presence.

· Observe silence in class.

· Writing on desks, chairs or tables may result in a fine and/or punishment.
